Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexible work-from-home options. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound communication, providing accurate information to customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience through exceptional service and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Expertise in managing Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level proficiency)
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and collaborate successfully with a team
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
  • Proficiency with common customer service tools and software is a plus
