Key Responsibilities

* Review and analyze current scheduling practices within departments to identify

inefficiencies.

* Configure and optimize provider schedules in eClinicalWorks, ensuring alignment with

organizational goals and patient demand.

* Collaborate with department leaders and clinical staff to understand workflow requirements

and constraints.

* Develop and maintain scheduling templates, rules, and protocols in eCW.

* Monitor scheduling performance metrics (e.g., appointment utilization, no-show rates) and recommend improvements.

* Train staff on best practices for scheduling and eCW functionality.

* Serve as the subject matter expert for scheduling optimization and eCW configuration.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience with eClinicalWorks or related electronic health records, including advanced scheduling and template management.

* Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient flow.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.

* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, eCW reports).
