SAP Deputy Director
Location: HQ – Smart VillageDepartment: SAP PracticeReports To: CEOJob PurposeThe SAP Deputy Director is responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving growth, and managing all aspects of the SAP Practice. This role ensures excellence in pre-sales, delivery, team leadership, and client engagement while building long-term, sustainable SAP capabilities.Key Responsibilities
Establish, lead, and manage the SAP Practice.
Oversee all SAP pre-sales and delivery activities.
Build, develop, and manage SAP teams for pre-sales and delivery.
Manage relationships with existing and new clients.
Lead full-time and part-time staff, as well as partners and sub-contractors.
Define and execute implementation strategies based on customer-specific technology value propositions.
Ensure successful delivery of SAP implementations, projects, and business processes.
Collaborate with sales and alliance teams to build partnerships, drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and enhance delivery capabilities.
Provide strong leadership to develop a high-performing practice that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Build and sustain a collaborative team culture focused on long-term customer and partner relationships.
Mentor and develop SAP professionals to support solution development, sales enablement, and delivery readiness.
Work directly with clients to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and successful outcomes.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of SAP consulting experience.
Proven leadership experience in SAP service delivery roles, including administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience as an SAP Application Manager, SAP Operations Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Deep knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery processes and frameworks.
Experience working in a Managed Services environment.
