Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales B2B role located in Cairo, Egypt, specifically tailored for professionals with prior developer work experience. The responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with key business clients, promoting real estate offerings, negotiating contracts, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role requires regular interaction with developers and industry professionals to maintain strong partnerships as well as delivering professional presentations and consultations to clients.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients professionally and effectively.
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets in a B2B environment.
Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance client engagement and performance.
Previous work experience in a developer or real estate-related field is required.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
Ability to work well in an on-site, team-focused environment in Cairo, Egypt.
