Main responsibilities:- Responsible for safe, productive manufacturing functions.- Maintain Man machine relationships through manufacturing managementResponsible for Manpower allocation, Line shift planningImproves process efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.- Calculates manufacturing, labor, and material cost, reviewing manufacturing schedules and estimating future requirements.- Monitoring & assessing hazardous & risk situations.- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives- Implement manufacturing control methods to monitor process outputInitiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any NC relating to product, process & system- Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures- Designing, installing and commissioning new manufacturing units, monitoring modifications and troubleshooting existing processesAchieves targets through effective planning on a monthly basisResponsible for manufacturing data collection.- The TPM Coordinator plans, coordinates, organizes and supports the execution of all required activities for TPM implementationwithin the Plant , according to the overall TPM planning for Wind Plant, leading to the decrease in losses of time, quality and material- Responsibility of reporting the TPM progress as well as coordination of Plant wide TPM activities, Process Excellence.Responsibility:- Bachelor degree in chemistry/chemical engineering/agricultural or any related field- A minimum of 4 years of experience in personal care products manufacturing, with 2 years in a supervisory position- Excellent in English- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Proficient in MS Office & SAPللتقديم الان
