Location: Nasr City - EgyptKey Responsibilities:🔹 Lead and execute group-wide business development strategies to drive growth and market expansion.🔹 Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment initiatives.🔹 Support leadership in enhancing business models and strategic direction across subsidiaries.🔹 Drive revenue growth through new clients, channels, products, and services.🔹 Lead go-to-market strategies and expansion into new geographic markets.🔹 Collaborate with business units to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders.🔹 Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new initiatives.🔹 Monitor market trends, customer needs, and financial performance indicators.🔹 Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning activities.🔹 Drive cross-selling opportunities and cross-border business synergies.🔹 Support digital transformation, innovation initiatives, and commercial best practices.🔹 Track KPIs, prepare executive reports, and ensure compliance with governance standards.🔹 Mentor and support business development and sales teams.Required Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.• Max 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, or commercial roles.• Proven experience working within or across diversified groups or multi-business environments.• Demonstrated success in developing new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.• Experience dealing with senior executives, boards, and external stakeholders.
