We are scaling a visually differentiated DTC brand and are hiring a Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition with a strong business mindset.
This role goes beyond campaign execution. You will be expected to think in terms of revenue contribution, efficiency, and long-term scalability.

Role Overview
As Senior Media Buyer, you will manage paid media as a core business function. Your decisions will directly impact revenue growth, margin stability, and overall marketing efficiency.
You will work closely with creative, e-commerce, and leadership teams to ensure paid media supports both growth targets and brand positioning.

Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta and TikTok
- Own budget allocation, pacing, and scaling decisions
- Build campaign structures that support sustainable growth
- Translate brand creative into performance-driven ad execution
- Provide structured, data-backed feedback to creative teams
- Support launches, drops, and promotional events
- Evaluate performance using blended metrics including MER and LTV
- Leverage tools such as GA4, Triple Whale, or Northbeam

Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of paid media experience in DTC environments
- Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of creative performance dynamics
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Comfortable with attribution ambiguity and blended metrics
- Experience with Google Shopping or Performance Max is a plus
