EgyCham is hiring Senior Planning Manager for one of our clients in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry.

Role Description

• Develop and manage production and demand planning processes aligned with sales forecasts and business targets.
• Prepare and maintain master production schedules (MPS) to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity and resources.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse to ensure smooth execution of plans.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, considering shelf life and food safety requirements.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing stockouts, overstock, and product expiries.
• Manage planning-related KPIs such as forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, inventory turnover, and service level.
• Identify risks and constraints in capacity, materials, or logistics and propose mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Manager or Senior Planning Professional within the Food & Beverage industry (mandatory).
• From 8–12 years of experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply planning.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, shelf-life management, and production constraints.
• Solid experience with forecasting, MPS, inventory planning, and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
