Role Objectives

• Review, audit and draft various commercial contracts and legal documents including but not limited to: B2B and B2C agreements, labor contracts MOUs, LOIs, and NDAs.
• Provide legal consultation and opinion on corporate and commercial matters to support business operations
• Represent the company before governmental and non governmental entities including but not limited to the General Authority for Investment, commercial chamber and labor office.
• Ensure legal compliance across company operations and mitigate legal risks.
• Support and maintain corporate governance standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of all legal matters and contracts.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years of relevant legal experience in Legal department of a corporate/business entity, or Law firm handling corporate and commercial accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Exceptional Arabic legal writing skills - ability to draft clear, precise legal documents in Arabic
• Strong understanding of Egyptian commercial law and corporate regulations
• Experience in contract drafting and review.
• Knowledge of governmental procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide practical legal advice aligned with business objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment
• Active membership in the Lawyers Syndicate
• Prior exposure to UAE and/or KSA markets is a strong plus
