Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm Heliopolis, for a Medical Information professional at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics. The responsibilities include managing medical communications, providing accurate and detailed information about treatments and products, collaborating with medical professionals, and addressing queries from clients. The role involves offering expertise in medical affairs, participating in patient education, and ensuring that all communications adhere to medical standards and regulations. Additionally, the role includes communicating effectively with clients to promote trust and confidence in the services provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Medical Communications skills
  • Knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Medical Affairs
  • Background or qualifications in Pharmacy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a medical team
  • Understanding of aesthetic industry practices and procedures is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology or any revelant.
