Role Description

This Full-time, On-site Project Coordinator role is based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, coordinate with diverse teams, monitor project timelines, and ensure all milestones are met on schedule. Additional responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, managing communication between stakeholders, and supporting the operational team in addressing any challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in project coordination, time management, and organizational proficiency
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships across diverse team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills -in both Arabic & English- is a must
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking capabilities to address challenges effectively
• R&D Skills needed to stay ahead in the market, and maintain continuous improvements
• Interpersonal skills to engage and facilitate constructive meetings with clients
• Effective use of tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation, with a keen attention to detail
• Experience in engineering or construction project management is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a hybrid work environment and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools is advantageous
• PMP certification is a plus
• Minimum 3~5 years of experience
