Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an RDD Assistant Manager (Retail Design, Review & Delivery), located in New Cairo. The RDD Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing retail design, ensuring that designs are aligned with brand identity and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving design submissions, coordinating with stakeholders to meet project requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a dynamic team to drive project delivery. The role also involves timely communication and collaboration with vendors and ensuring that all project deliverables meet expected timelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and address queries or concerns
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction to ensure projects align with client expectations and uphold the company's high standards
• Experience in Team Management and Sales to lead collaboration efforts and contribute to achieving company goals
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure project success from inception to delivery
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Retail Design, or Project Management is preferred
