The Training Lead plays a critical leadership role in maintaining instructional quality, driving trainer performance, and ensuring a consistent, high-impact learning experience for students. This position requires strong instructional expertise, structured reporting capabilities, and a proactive approach to quality assurance and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support a team of trainers to ensure alignment with program standards and objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and structured performance feedback.
- Submit weekly reports to the Training Manager covering trainer attendance, student engagement levels, delivery challenges, and technical/platform issues.
- Track key performance indicators and identify trends or performance gaps.
- Ensure accurate documentation of training data and quality observations.
- Lead weekly synchronization meetings with assigned trainers to review curriculum flow and address complex content areas.
- Ensure consistent instructional delivery and alignment with academic standards.
- Conduct random live session audits each month to monitor instructional quality.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback and follow up on improvement plans.
- Supervise the logistics and overall quality of in-person meetups or program events.
- Ensure smooth coordination, strong engagement, and alignment with learning objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (required).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in technical or technology-related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in team coordination or trainer supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare structured weekly reports using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards or visual summaries (charts, performance trackers, engagement metrics).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret attendance data, engagement levels, and performance indicators.
