• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.
• Prepare and verify accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and contract documents.
• Prepare BOQs and monthly progress invoices.
• Study and analyze tender documents to prepare competitive bids.
• Perform initial quantity take-offs and prepare detailed pricing for tenders.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and perform technical and financial comparisons.
• Prepare and review claims, variation orders, and contractual correspondences.
• Coordinate with execution, procurement, planning, QA/QC, and HSE departments.
• Provide technical support to the site team and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Prepare and submit regular technical reports to senior management.
