§ Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
§ Process P.O matching invoices.
§ Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
§ Review subcontractor contracts and invoices.
§ Follow-up subcontractor invoice and assure to compliance work and value with contract.
§ Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
§ Process check request.
§ Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly.
§ Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
§ Assist in month end closing.
§ Prepare journal entries.
§ Prepare and analyze account balances.
§ Evaluate balances in the end of the month.

Desired Skills and Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience.
Language: English language writing and reading is a must.
