The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, Training and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:


• Recruitment and Onboarding.

• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.

• Develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires.

• Manage Employee Relations.

• Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews.

• Handle disciplinary actions and investigations.

• Benefits Administration:

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.

• Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Provide training programmes with Employee, service providers and gab analysis:

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.


Job Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR generalist roles.

• 1-2 years of experience.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
