Job Description
- Obtains client information, handles client inquiries and requests by answering telephone calls.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Addresses clients requests by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing required Support.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 years of call center experience in Call center filed.
- Good command of spoken, written English.
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadline.
- Flexibility for working on shift basis.
