Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate staff, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for staff and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is well-organized.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with client inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office documents.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with managing visitor logs and security protocols if required.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
