Qualifications
- Fluent in English (B1+/ B2)
- Experience in customer-facing roles, customer service, or call centers
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
