Job Description
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork, and conflict management)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Schedule regular training sessions (e.g. monthly or quarterly)
- Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g. how to handle difficult client cases) and company's clients
- Bachelor's degree
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Corporate Customer Service or similar role
- Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities
