Job Description

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork, and conflict management)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Schedule regular training sessions (e.g. monthly or quarterly)
  • Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g. how to handle difficult client cases) and company's clients
  •  Bachelor's degree

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as a Corporate Customer Service or similar role
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
  • Familiarity with interactive learning activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
