Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and webchat, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by promptly addressing queries and resolving issues.
  • Process customer orders via webchat, assisting them through our website.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor order fulfillment.
  • Follow up with shipping companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service-related tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our services.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with fairly good English (for some customers on webchat)
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating websites.
