Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and webchat, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by promptly addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Process customer orders via webchat, assisting them through our website.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor order fulfillment.
- Follow up with shipping companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our services.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with fairly good English (for some customers on webchat)
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating websites.
