The Role:


As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Concentrix, providing top-tier support to our customers across multiple channels. You’ll solve problems, answer questions, and create memorable experiences—all while making a real difference.


What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide expert solutions to product and service issues, leaving customers satisfied.

• Work closely with team members to tackle complex problems and ensure smooth resolutions.
