Required Qualifications and Skills:

BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field

Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple financial processes efficiently.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with debt collection regulations.

Hands-on experience with accounting software.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.

Solid data entry skills with an eye for numerical accuracy.

Fluency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with foreign entities.

Preferred Attributes:

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely task completion.

Experience working with multinational companies or coordinating across borders is a plus.
