Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues and concerns. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting customer needs and concerns.
