Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in stores and online.
- Making sales or recommendations for products that may better suit customers’ needs.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Making validation calls with customers to confirm the online orders and to make sure that the shared data is correct.
- Processing orders data, refund, and requests
- Validate the cancelation orders to know the reason behind
- Add the products data on the website and upload the photos if needed
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and answer inquires.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in stores and online.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or any equalities.
- 2- 3 year of working experience is required Preferred in CS or Tele Sales.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Expert in anime and pop culture (Preferred)
- Flexible in working hours
- Experience working in cross-functional team
- Very Good verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
