Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Banking Call Center team. The Banking Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by assisting them with inquiries regarding their banking products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about account balances, transaction history, and general banking products and services.
  • Assist customers with online banking, account maintenance, and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and disputes, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Process routine banking transactions such as transfers, bill payments, and loan inquiries.
  • Assist customers with account openings, credit card applications, and other banking services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and data security at all times.
  • Identify opportunities to promote new banking products and services that meet customer needs.
