Duties & Responsibilities:

• To respond to client inquiries on time which involves introducing appropriate Miraco products.
• To create sales orders for customers, follow up money collection and product delivery to customers
• To work to find new sales leads and focus on inside sales which involves cold calling for new clients or outside sales which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.
• To follow up commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order on the company.
• To process the order as per the nature of the job. When necessary co-ordinate with Sales Manager for initiating procurement of items/goods from Miraco factories/suppliers.
• To prepare the invoices on the customer as per the terms of the order and get the same approved by the Sales Manager prior to issuing it to the customer.
• To be responsible for accurate preparation of all documents assigned to the incumbent. This includes sales orders, delivery forms, , inquiry follow up reports, win/lost reports and weekly reports.
• To fully participate in implementing of company rules and procedures.
• To provide efficient, courteous and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree with 0-3 of relative experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent selling skills and customer focus
• Must have a car.
