About the job

  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution. Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business. May assist in training new employees. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
  • Ensure customers queries are answered with the aim of a first time resolution
  • Build and maintain business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
  • Monitor customer Debit cards for fraudulent activities and handle card Fraud Calls, Lost or Stolen Cards, and/or Transaction Assistance.
