Responsibilities:-
- Executing marketing programs and activities at both the short-term and long-term levels and recommending necessary updates to maximize profitability.
- Preparing marketing studies and research, analyzing data, and compiling the necessary statistics to support decision-making in marketing.
- Gathering data and information regarding competitors' service prices and presenting them to the direct manager to assist in the hospital’s service pricing process.
- Preparing statistics on patient satisfaction with hospital services, studying complaints, and proposing solutions to enhance patient satisfaction to the highest possible level.
- Implementing and developing programs aimed at increasing patient loyalty to the hospital and ensuring their effective execution to achieve the desired results.
- Carrying out promotional campaigns according to the established plans and budget, ensuring their precise execution to achieve the targeted results.
- Coordinating the hospital's internal and external conferences and events, ensuring they are presented in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Monitoring the media and press environment, liaising with advertising and publicity companies, and recommending the most suitable options for promoting the hospital's services.
- Continuously updating the hospital’s website and social media platforms to promote its services and reach the largest possible number of patients.
- Continuously updating the patient database to facilitate easy access when needed.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager, provided they do not conflict with the hospital’s policies.
- Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience same role.
- Healthcare related experience is a significant plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
