Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute in the analysis and development of the strategic and operational insights
• Assist in creating and enhancing the required HR reports
• Maintain and enhance existing database and reports
• Develop new analysis, metrics and reports to provide insightful recommendations
• Assist in collecting and compiling data from variety of sources like HRIS, surveys and manual templates
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulations
• Be up-to-date with to best practices and benchmarks in the HR filed
• Look for trends and patterns to predict the future using R and python language (data scientists use) and heat maps
• Contribute (with the CHRO, Group HRCE and Businesses HR Heads) to the annual HR objectives exercise using the main HR KPIs recommending the critical areas, areas of improvement and low hanging fruits coming from the continuous HR data analysis
• Quality assurance role related to the compliance with the processes and policies

You're a great fit if you have:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics is a must
• 0 to 2 years' of experience in a relevant field
• Business Fluency in English is a must
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power BI or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and explain findings to various audiences in a way that is easily understood.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
