🚨 We’re Hiring an Administrative Assistant! 🚨
🔹 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or similar)
- 1-3 years of experience in an admin role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational & communication skills
🔹 Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM – 7 PM or 1 PM - 10 PM
Saturday, 11 AM – 4 PM (Part-time)
Friday: Day Off
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Facilitate communication between Egypt & Turkey offices.
- Organize internal communication between departments.
- Organize physical and electronic filing systems.
- Prepare reports and handle confidential documents.
- Assist with HR functions, onboarding, trainings and employee records.
- Monitor attendance and dealing with finger print and prepare attendance reports.
- Maintain and update databases.
- Generate reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
