About the job

Job Description

- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.

- Outbound Calls As apart of Sales

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Follow up with the shipping gateways the orders status and assigned tickets.

- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Document and report recurring customer issues for process improvement.

- Collaborate with our content and product teams to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.


Job Requirements

- Proven work experience as a customer Support representative

- tele sales Experience at least 6 months

- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Organizational and time-management skills

- Chat and Email Skills

- E-commerce experience is a plus

- Familiarity with CRM - CMSs like Shopify and customer service tools.
