Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Interpersonal Skills for effective communication
- Computer Literacy for using call center systems
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Previous experience in a call center role is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
