About the job
As a Moderator, your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth and respectful interactions within online communities, forums, or platforms. You will uphold the organization's guidelines and policies while fostering a positive environment for users.
Job Duties:
✅Monitor user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and standards.
✅Interact with community members to address concerns, provide support, and encourage constructive participation.
✅Resolve conflicts and disputes between users diplomatically and in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
Required Education & certification: Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience: 1 year
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using moderation tools and platforms.
Location : Nasr City
On site - Full time , 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
