Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Chat Account) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing accurate information and assistance. Daily tasks include handling customer support, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining professional and courteous communication. The role also involves adhering to company policies and guidelines to ensure a consistent customer service experience.
