Role Purpose:
In this role will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties developed by the company. You will play a key role in promoting our real estate projects, building lasting relationships with clients, and helping them make informed investment decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between the company and potential clients, providing expert advice on available properties and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and meetings with prospective buyers or tenants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current property market trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Assist clients in understanding the full process of purchasing or leasing property, including legal and financial aspects.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure smooth transactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in real estate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities organized by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience from 1 to 3 years in real estate sales or property consultancy, preferably in a developer environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Well-versed in local property laws and market dynamics.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for real estate and client success.
