Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to handle in-person procurement tasks and assist with basic accounting duties. This role requires someone who is comfortable moving around and physically purchasing items for the company, in addition to supporting simple financial and administrative tasks in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go out and purchase company needs from markets, suppliers, or designated vendors.
- Search for the best prices and negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals.
- Receive and verify invoices against actual purchases.
- Record all purchases and track expenses accurately.
- Assist with organizing financial files and preparing simple reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand their needs and fulfill them accordingly.
Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to physically go out and buy company supplies regularly.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and organization in handling money and invoices.
- Previous experience in procurement or basic accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
