Job Description:
Innovative Work Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles within the customer service field, including both medical and non-medical customer service positions.

You will work closely with our team to meet the hiring needs of our clients, ensuring we identify the best talent for their specific requirements. The position provides exposure to high-volume recruitment, giving you the opportunity to refine your skills in candidate sourcing, data filtering, and first-round interviews.
Responsibilities:
* Source and identify suitable candidates for various customer service positions based on client specifications.
* Filter and screen resumes, conducting initial candidate assessments and interviews.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure candidates meet expectations.
* Manage candidate data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Handle a high volume of recruitment for both medical and non-medical customer service roles.
* Support the overall recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of recruitment mass hiring experience, ( preferably in hiring English call center before).
* Fluency in English is a must (from B2 to C1).
* Proximity to Heliopolis as we do not provide transportation).
* Flexible and committed to working in our shifts (fixed shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM ).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to handle a high volume of applications and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
