About the job

Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients an Office Admin

Responsibility:

Manage office supplies inventory and

Place orders as needed

  • Organize and maintain filing systems,


Both physical and digital

  • Answer and direct phone calls and


emails

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and


travel arrangements

  • Assist in preparing reports,


presentations, and correspondence

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers,


and the landlord

  • Maintain a clean and organized office


environment

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer client calls and handle inquiries


professionally

  • Call potential clients to discuss services,


offers, and discounts

  • Make payment request calls and follow up


on outstanding balances

  • Handle client frustration calls with


empathy and escalate concerns when

necessary

  • Pass on relevant requests and


information to potential and existing

clients

  • support the management with


Required

Requirements:

1 - 2 Years of Experience

  • Proven experience in an office


administrator, office assistant, or a

relevant role

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,


Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal


communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
