Job Description
- Responsible for the company's daily administrative affairs, such as courier delivery and receipt, fixed asset management, document delivery and receipt, etc.
- Responsible for the company's office goods procurement, and after procurement to follow up the invoice and goods acceptance
- Responsible for the company's corporate culture, group building activities, holidays and other welfare activities.
- Independently carry out daily recruitment work, responsible for recruitment information release, CV screening, interview invitation and reception, etc.
- Responsible for docking the head office of the relevant financial matters, such as invoicing, social security, tax returns, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, 1-2 years of work experience in personnel administration.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
