Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Hiring:
- Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview stage
- Manage candidate communications
- Participate in external events to enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice and effectively promote our employer brand
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in conducting employee orientations
- Performance Management:
- Assist with performance evaluation processes and documentation
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee queries on People & Culture-related topics and direct them to the appropriate person or department if necessary
- Support employee relations and communication initiatives
- Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development
- Participate in projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention
- Analyze People & Culture metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
