Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Hiring:
    • Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview stage
    • Manage candidate communications
    • Participate in external events to enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice and effectively promote our employer brand

  • Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
    • Assist in conducting employee orientations

  • Performance Management:
    • Assist with performance evaluation processes and documentation

  • Employee Relations:
    • Handle employee queries on People & Culture-related topics and direct them to the appropriate person or department if necessary
    • Support employee relations and communication initiatives

  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
    • Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development
    • Participate in projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention
    • Analyze People & Culture metrics and provide insights to support decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Analytical skills to interpret People & Culture data and metrics
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills as well as proficiency in MS Office suite
