Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about services and products.
  • Validate customer interest and assess potential leads for follow-up.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Arabic; Excellent English language skills.
  • Male Candidates are preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Working Days: 5 days on, 2 days off (rotating shifts)
