Bluebell Pharmaceuticals is seeking a high caliber to join our team as a senior Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Maadi
- Key Responsibilities:
* Generating accurate invoices and processing payments from clients.
* Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and initiating follow-ups.
* Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
* Preparing reports on accounts receivable status and cash flow analysis.
* Coordinating with internal teams to handle billing queries and disputes.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Supporting month-end closing processes with financial data.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (ERP Odoo, Excel ).
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
* Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
* Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar role within pharmaceutical co. is an advantage.
