Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online & Offline Marketing Specialist based in New Cairo. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, enhancing customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, creating promotional materials, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in both online and offline marketing roles is a Must
• Proven experience infurniture industry is preferred
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience in Market Research to analyze market trends and position products
• Strong Sales skills and understanding of sales processes
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
