About the job

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Activation: Ensure the activation of new customers in the system.

Credit Line Allocation: Allocate credit lines according to company policy and obtain necessary approvals.

Collection Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on collections to ensure timely payments.

E-commerce Partnership: Manage relationships with e-commerce partners.

Customer Data Management: Track and update customer data, including expiration dates and documentation.

Sales Collection and Analysis: Follow up on sales collections and perform analysis to support financial decisions.

Approval and Dispatch: Handle approval processes and dispatch old customers according to policy.


Requirements:


- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.


- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Knowledge of financial aging reports.


- Experience:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
