Salary:
- Starting From 7K Up To 15K
- KPIs-based: 30K– 40K/month

- Deliver top-notch consultation and support by following company SOPs.
- Monitor class quality and provide actionable feedback to improve teaching outcomes.
- Assist students in their learning journey by offering proactive and timely support.
- Build meaningful relationships with learners and their families through personalized guidance.
- Drive student success and customer loyalty by enhancing satisfaction and encouraging referrals.
- Analyze learning data and recommend strategies to boost performance and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality service in the education sector.
- Friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
