This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Cairo. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Proficiency in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
