Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fluent Customer Service (English) position located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves daily tasks related to customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, using proper phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Customer Experience background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (B2 to C1)
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
