About the job
Job Description as follows:
Answering inbound patient calls and carrying outbound calls according to project requirements.
Handling patient inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage and resolve patient complaints as appropriate.
Provide patient with product and patient support information.
Enter new patient information into the system for follow up and update existing patient information.
Document all call information according to SOPs.
Identify and escalate priority issues specially regarding Pharmacovigilance reporting.
Reporting of adverse events for products under management of IMN to the PV department.
Main Requirements:
Medical background is a must any cv without medical background will not be accepted.
1 year experience is preferable,
Fresh graduates are welcomed
