🔹 Position: Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant

🔹 Department: Finance

🔹 Location: Infinity Designs – Alexandria, Egypt

🔹 Reporting To: Finance Manager

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests

- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax laws

- Monitor and manage AP aging reports and vendor payments

- Prepare AP-related financial reports and support month/year-end closing

- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies with departments

- Handle employee expense reimbursements and ensure policy adherence

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams

- Assist in audits and continuously seek to improve AP processes

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts payable/accounting

- Background in steel structure or construction industry preferred

- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Familiarity with US accounts payable procedures is a plus

- High attention to detail and confidentiality
